By accessing the Sunset Swamp Market website, subscribing to our iCalendar feed, or participating in our live sales, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion, please discontinue using this website.

2. Nature of Vintage & Antique Goods

Unless explicitly specified as new old stock (NOS), all goods sold by Sunset Swamp Market are pre-owned vintage, antique, or estate pieces. Inherent signs of age, wear, patina, minor surface scratches, or manufacturing imperfections from original production eras are normal characteristics of authentic vintage items. We do our utmost to disclose all known conditions and flaws on live camera before auctioning.

3. Live Auctions & Payments

Live bids submitted during Whatnot broadcasts are legally binding commitments to purchase pursuant to Whatnot's Buyer Policy. Bids cannot be retracted once placed. Payments are processed securely through Whatnot using your saved payment method.

4. Shipping, Handling & Insurance

All purchases are packaged with high-grade protective materials and shipped through Whatnot's integrated shipping carrier network. In the unlikely event an item is damaged in transit, buyers must notify Whatnot Support and retain all original packaging materials for postal claims.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sunset Swamp Market name, logo badge, alligator auctioneer artwork, website design, and editorial content are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use these materials without prior written consent.
